Order Tracking
Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your package until it reaches its destination.
Shipping Restrictions
Domestic Shipping Only: At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Address Requirements: We ship to physical addresses and to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Carrier
Carrier: We primarily use United States Postal Service for shipping our products. However, we reserve the right to use alternative carriers as necessary to fulfill orders efficiently.
Shipping Delays
Unforeseen Circumstances: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays may impact shipping times. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
Responsibility: Aretingo is not responsible for orders lost while in the possession of the courier or undelivered after the order has been placed in the courier's possession. Once the package is shipped and tracking information is provided, any issues related to delivery should be addressed directly with the courier.
