Returns

Return Authorization: Before returning a defective or damaged product, please contact us for authorization to return defective or damage product. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping: Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Refunds
Refund Process: If a refund is authorized for a defective or damaged product, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within seven business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
